When I was in Budapest for a week two years ago for the International Math Competition, I took a random walk around Budapest, and ended up on top of Gellert Hill, which has a nice hillside park, great views, and such.

Accordingly, today I went on an upward-biased random walk to Gellert Hill. Worked on a bench on the hillside for two hours or so; a much nicer workspace than my room. (More productive, too, as it happened.)

Then I got to the top, which, unfortunately, was still crowded with tourists despite that it was a Wednesday in already-fairly-cold October. Still nice views, though:
